Van C. DeWitt brings substantial and varied domestic and global marine transportation experience to Bee Mar. His leadership skills are widely recognized in the industry, having previously managed a fifty-vessel fleet positioned in the Middle East, and later as Division President and Chief Operating Officer of the marine services division of a major international drilling contractor. Mr. DeWitt holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Darrel Plaisance
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Plaisance brings 25 years of experience in fleet operations to Bee Mar.  He has served as operations officer for large fleet operators worldwide, and has extensive experience in vessel management, personnel, safety and regulatory issues.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Nicholls State University.

Chris Gilmore
Operations Manager

Mr. Gilmore is responsible for day-to-day vessel management and operations for Bee Mar.  Formerly, he worked as vessel manager and operations manager for large offshore fleet operators, where he was responsible for logistics, dispatch, training, safety, security and coordination with regulatory agencies.  He is ABS-certified as Internal Auditor for ISM and ISO codes, and ABS-certified in Maritime Security Assessment and Training.

Danny M. Angeron
Manager Sales and Contracts

Mr. Angeron is responsible for the company's sales efforts and also for the execution of contracts. He brings more than 30 years of offshore experience to Bee Mar, having worked 16 years for a major oil company and thereafter for large marine transportation companies in the Gulf of Mexico.

Lou Dupre
Personnel Manager

Mr. Dupre is an expert at managing large numbers of fleet personnel, and in establishing marine safety and training programs for large domestic offshore operators. In addition to managing the HR process, he is experienced in ABS and Coast Guard audits, and is ABS-certified as a Marine Internal Auditor.

Shannon Trahan
Maintenance Manager

Mr. Trahan has more than 20 years of experience in parts acquisition and all aspects of vessel repair and maintenance, and in USCG and ABS inspection and regulatory compliance.

Wade Savoy
QHSE Manager

Mr. Savoy is responsible for the day to day operations of the QHSE Department for Bee Mar. Wade brings more then 10 years in QHSE experience in the maritime industry. His duties include regulatory compliance, security, safety, and training for the Bee Mar fleet.
